HomeAid Trade Partner of the Year

Our team was honored last week as HomeAid Atlanta’s Trade Partner of the Year.  This came as a huge surprise to me. . . although apparently several members of my team knew about it in advance and did a great job of keeping it a secret!

Here is how they announced it!

Trade Partner of the Year
Next, I would like to present the award for the HomeAid Atlanta Trade Partner of the Year. This award is presented to an extraordinary non-builder partner that greatly assists HomeAid Atlanta.

Since 2008, this company has supported HomeAid Atlanta as a marketing partner providing advertising for our three Diamond sponsors.  This company donates additional PR for HomeAid Atlanta, saving us thousands of dollars in advertising and promotion.  The company has helped spread the word about HomeAid’s good works and activities through numerous blog postings on their well-known Atlanta real estate blog, inviting HomeAid to talk on their on-line radio program, and posting information about events on a local online newswire.

This company’s owner was the 2012 GAHBA Council Chairperson of the year and is the 2014 Chair of NAHB’s Professional Women in Building council.  She served HomeAid as a member of its Marketing and PR committee in the past.  A former horse breeder who still rides dressage, she enjoys spending her free time with her son on their 20 acre farm, taking care of their horses, dogs, cats, goats, donkey, and turtle.

Thank you to our 2013 Trade Partner of the Year, Carol Morgan and her team.

The award winners were nominated by HomeAid Atlanta’s board of directors and staff, and selected based on service and commitment to HomeAid Atlanta and its mission. We’d just like to say, “Thanks HomeAid! We enjoy supporting you and giving back. The award is awesome and completely unexpected!”
